America Center Garage is a four-story concrete building that uses cross shape concrete shear walls and a one-way post tension slab with post tension beams. A three-story amenity building was also constructed and attached to the garage structure for lateral support. The garage and amenity building is located over a landfill and therefore supported over piles.
