The new Fireboat Station #25 is built on top of a barge that is laterally anchored to the San Francisco Bay, allowing only vertical movement. Load cases such as daily wave, 100-year storm, sagging, and hogging were incorporated into the structural design. The Fireboat Station #25 is a two-story steel building that guarantees easy access to all fireboats. It is equipped to manage suppression boats, dive boats, and a marine rescue craft.
